Re: save session for future logins That utility works with 14.04 on xfce desktop , however, it does the same as 14.10- the default desktop will not display top-bar menu panel. Otherwise I can create multiple sessions and log on with different apps, themes .. etc..
I already disabled automatically save session on logout from Xfce settings manger. Because I don't want it. But in every time going to logout "Save session for future logins" ticked.

As you know, many desktop managers (and all the ones I've used) have a "save session for future logions" option on the logout window. I.

Select the session (right part of the window, Saved Sessions) Click Load (now you have loaded Host Name, Port and Connection type) Then click Logging (under Session on the left) Change whatever settings you want ; Go back to Session window and click the Save button ; Now you have settings for this session set (every time you load session it will be logged).
